Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Plans

PRISM Creator costs $19 per month and includes 1,000 monthly PRISM Credits. PRISM Pro costs $39 per month and includes 2,500 monthly PRISM Credits. PRISM Studio costs $79 per month and includes 6,000 monthly PRISM Credits. The checkout screen shows the final price, currency, billing interval, and any applicable taxes before payment.

2. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew monthly until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method. Subscription Credits are granted following successful payment, reset each successfully paid billing cycle, and do not roll over.

3. Plan changes

Plan upgrades and downgrades currently take effect at the next subscription renewal. PRISM does not currently offer immediate prorated plan changes.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Manage Billing to prevent future renewal charges. Cancellation does not create a right to a refund for a billing period that has already been charged, except where required by law. Cancellation normally allows access through the already-paid billing period, does not delete your PRISM account, and does not remove purchased PRISM Credits.

Cancellation must not require calling support, emailing support, answering retention questions, or speaking with a representative before the cancellation can be completed.

5. PRISM Credits

PRISM Credits are internal service-use units. They are not legal tender, cryptocurrency, securities, bank deposits, stored-value accounts, or investments and have no cash value outside PRISM. Subscription and purchased balances are tracked separately. PRISM generally spends subscription Credits first, then promotional or referral Credits, then purchased Credits.

Promotional, referral, welcome, or complimentary Credits may have separate eligibility, expiration, or reversal conditions and may be reversed for fraud, refunded or reversed qualifying payments, chargebacks, duplicate accounts, or program abuse.

6. One-time Credit purchases

Purchased PRISM Credits are charged once at the amount shown during checkout. Purchased PRISM Credits do not expire while your account remains active, unless otherwise required by applicable law, and remain after subscription cancellation. They cannot be transferred, sold, redeemed for cash, or used outside PRISM.

7. Failed generations

PRISM may temporarily hold estimated Credits when a generation begins. When a job completes, the hold is settled against the server-calculated charge and unused held Credits are released. If an eligible generation fails without delivering a usable result, PRISM may release or restore the applicable PRISM Credits. Credit restoration is not a cash refund.

Successful generations are final from a PRISM Credit perspective unless a verified technical billing error occurred.

8. Final sales and legally required remedies

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE EXCEPT WHERE A REFUND, REVERSAL, CANCELLATION RIGHT, OR OTHER REMEDY IS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

PRISM does not offer voluntary cash refunds, satisfaction guarantees, prorated subscription refunds, or cash refunds because a user changed their mind, forgot to cancel, did not use a subscription, has unused monthly Credits, has unused purchased Credits, dislikes a successful AI generation, finds that a generation’s artistic style did not meet subjective expectations, or no longer needs PRISM.

Billing mistakes, duplicate unauthorized charges, fraudulent charges, and legally required reversals are handled according to applicable law and payment-network requirements. Nothing in this Policy limits any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

9. Taxes and payment issues

Prices may exclude applicable taxes. Taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout where required. Failed payments may suspend entitlements, remove unpaid Credits, or restrict paid features to the extent permitted by law.

10. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If a payment is reversed, disputed, or charged back, PRISM may temporarily suspend associated paid benefits, remove Credits associated with the reversed payment, or restrict the account while the matter is investigated, to the extent permitted by law. PRISM does not restrict users merely for exercising legitimate payment-dispute rights. Fraudulent abuse may result in suspension or termination.

11. Changes

We may change plans, prices, Credit allocations, or billing features prospectively. Existing subscription price changes will be communicated before they apply where required.

12. Support

Submit billing questions through PRISM Support with your account email and relevant transaction date. Never send full card numbers, passwords, or secret keys.
