Terms of Service

1. Agreement and operator

PRISM is operated by Luminex Studio LLC. By creating an account or using PRISM, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement.

2. Your account

Keep your login details secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and should contact support promptly if you believe it has been compromised.

3. Your content and creations

You retain the rights you hold in uploaded media. You must have the rights and permissions needed for anything you upload, direct PRISM to create, or share. You grant PRISM the limited permission needed to process that material and deliver the service.

4. Subscriptions and PRISM Credits

Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Included monthly Credits reset after each successfully paid billing cycle and do not roll over. Purchased Credits do not expire. Subscription Credits are used before promotional and purchased Credits.

PRISM Credits are internal units for eligible creative operations. They are not cash, cannot be transferred, and have no value outside PRISM. Estimated costs may be held before creation; unused holds are returned and completed work is settled against actual usage under the applicable pricing rules.

5. Plan changes, cancellation and refunds

Plan changes take effect at the next renewal. Cancellation ends future renewal; unused monthly Credits expire when the subscription ends, while purchased Credits remain available. Payment refunds may reverse associated Credits and can create a negative balance if those Credits were already used.

6. Availability and enforcement

We may limit, suspend or terminate access to protect users, the service or others, or to enforce these terms. Creative systems can produce unexpected results, and outputs should be reviewed before professional, public or consequential use.

7. Owner review: warranties, liability and disputes

The owner and legal counsel must confirm warranty disclaimers, liability limits, governing law, dispute resolution, age requirements and statutory consumer rights for every launch territory.
