Privacy Policy
This policy describes the information PRISM needs to operate your account, create media and protect the service.
1. Information we process
We process account details, prompts, project information, uploaded and generated media, usage events, device and diagnostic information, support messages and billing status. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by PRISM.
2. How information is used
Information is used to provide and secure PRISM, route creative requests, maintain project history, calculate and settle Credits, process subscriptions and purchases, provide support and improve reliability.
3. Creative processing
Prompts and media may be sent to a selected creative service solely to produce the requested result. Prompts and uploaded media are excluded from product analytics. Private files are delivered through time-limited access links.
4. Sharing and security
Information is shared only with service providers needed for hosting, creative processing, payments, email, safety and support, subject to appropriate restrictions. PRISM uses access controls, private storage and server-side authorization, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
5. Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information and may manage subscription billing from your account. Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, financial accounting, legal obligations or dispute resolution.
6. Owner review: retention and regional rights
The owner and legal counsel must confirm exact retention periods, the final sub-processor list, privacy contact details, international transfer terms and rights applicable in each launch territory.
